At WuduEase, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This Refund and Return Policy outlines your rights and responsibilities when returning products purchased from www.wuduease.co.uk.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set out below.


Returns Eligibility

You may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • It is returned with all original packaging and accessories
  • It has not been fitted, installed, or altered
  • It is not a hygiene-sensitive product (e.g. bidets, toilet seats, foot baths) that has been unsealed or used

Important:
Returns received outside the 14-day window may not be accepted.


How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at Info@wuduease.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and send it back to our designated return address.
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Charges

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service. WuduEase is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for the following:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Hygiene-sensitive items such as toilet seats, foot baths, or bidets that have been unsealed or used
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider
  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

If your return is rejected due to signs of use or damage, we will notify you and may return the product back to you.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery via email at [Insert Email]
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
